Cocktails at Cooper’s Lounge: Creativity in Style!

Who doesn’t love a good cocktail? Something that wets one’s appetite, or just an opportunity to relax before heading off to dinner? At the stunning Cooper’s Lounge inside of Union Station, creativity is definitely a hallmark. From Riley and Wolfe our bartenders, to the stunningly beautiful hostess, to the delicious appetizers that we had with our cocktails, this place is definitely a must-visit!

For our pre-dinner happy hour, we went very light with the appetizers that we ordered, but they do have a pretty wide range of options to tempt our palate. We had half a dozen oysters, delicious, sweet, and East Coast based, along with a fantastic tuna tostada, deliciously made with salsa macha, honey-ginger dressing, red onion, cilantro, cucumber, and radish for a blending of heat, acidity, and refreshing notes on your palate. They have classic and speciality cocktails that are expertly crafted. Be sure to allow your bartender to flex their creative muscles in addition to the posted cocktail menu.
